Sichuan YUANFANG High-Tech Equipment Parts Co. Ltd was founded in 1998, which located in Jiangyou City, Sichuan province, China. With a total investment of 110 million RMB, it has 10000 m2   of heavy factory, 3000 m2 of office space and 2000 m2 of other auxiliary space. YUANFANG has four branches: smelting, forging, heat treatment, machining. Our equipment in the  heat treatment branch is the largest in northwest Sichuan region, which enable the annual heat treatment processing capacity reachs 20,000 tons. The single work piece, which can be heat treated, can be 15m long with the diameter up to 4m.  The annual machine processing capacity is 5000 tons; annual production of structural parts capacity can reach 10,000 tons;  the forging branch produce forging parts up to 18 tons 20,000 tons per year. Smelting branch has ED+LF+VD and electroslag remelting production line.

YUANFANG has ED+LF+VD and ESR special steel smelting production line, 2,000 tons high-speed forging machine with related the production line. Besides the numerical control 3,500mm ring rolling mill,  1-5 tons of electroforming hammer, a complete production line including a large furnace, a quenching oil pool  as well as water pool and other medium pools.  As supplementary facility, YUANFANG also has a large numerical control gantry welding,  embedded welding, metal shieled gas  welding,  argon arc welding, numerical nine-head cutting, plasma-arc cutting steel parts production line. 20 sets of large-scale saw machines and 2 automatic unbending straightening machines.

YUANFANG’s main  and advangoues products are high quality tool steel, mold steel, stainless steel, material of special stainless steel for machinery application; forging welding parts and key accessory kit for 600,000 kilowatts and above supercritical, ultra supercritical power generation equipment; precise forgings with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance property; gear rings for the application of 2.0 MW wind power gear box.
